Parc Place is a quiet condominium complex located within walking distance to the Great Mall. There are 285 units in the complex. Although it is close to the Great Mall, none of the main access routes to the mall run thru the complex, so traffic is not a problem. The complex is professionally managed, with a club house, pool and spa.
Because of it’s proximity to the Great Mall, a variety of stores and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Stores run the gamut from Burlington Coat Factory to Saks Off-Fifth to Crocs to Bed, Bath & Beyond – something for everyone. Eateries include fast food options as well as sit down restaurants like Outback Steakhouse and Olive Garden. For entertainment, there’s the Century Theaters 20-Plex and Dave & Buster’s.

Parc Place is also conveniently located near major transportation and commute corridors. For North-South travel, I-680 and I-880 are about a mile away (different directions). For East-West travel, Montague is about 1/4 mile and Calaveras Blvd/Hwy 237 about a mile away. There is a light rail station at the Great Mall, and the BART station is scheduled to open in 2017.
